Richard founded Orange Network in 2010 with a simple idea: Kiwis shouldn't have to figure out mortgages, insurance, and the rest of the puzzle on their own. More than 15 years on, he is still the person many first home buyers and homeowners meet first — patient, practical, and in their corner from the first conversation through to settlement.

Before Orange Network, Richard spent years as a mortgage and insurance adviser, connecting people with the right lenders and with the lawyers, accountants, valuers, and property people who make a purchase actually happen. That end-to-end way of working is still how the firm operates. Clients often tell us they didn't know what to ask until Richard walked them through it, step by step.

As Managing Director he sets the standard for advice across the business: honest conversations, a plan that fits real life, and support that doesn't stop once the loan is drawn down.
