Madison Magert

Madison supports Orange Network's advisers as a Client Manager, handling the administration and follow-up that keep client work moving after the first meeting. A good conversation still needs a complete file, and Madison helps make sure that happens.

She assists with client records, document collection, and the check-ins that stop things going quiet. If an adviser is waiting on information, or you are waiting on an update, Madison is often the person closing that gap — politely, promptly, and with the file in front of her.

Together with Kayley and Elle, she is part of the operations layer clients feel as "someone is on this." She is based in Paraparaumu and works with clients and advisers across the business.
