Kayley MacDonald

Kayley is a Client Manager at Orange Network, which means she is often the person clients hear from between adviser meetings. Once you are in the process, she helps keep communication timely and clear so you always know what is happening and what is needed next.

Home loans and insurance applications involve a lot of moving parts — ID, income documents, lender requests, insurer forms. Kayley coordinates that traffic so files don't stall, questions get answered, and your adviser can stay focused on the advice. If something is outstanding, she will follow up. If something has landed, she will make sure it is on the file.

Clients tell us the difference is feeling looked after for the whole journey, not just the first appointment. Kayley is part of why that happens. She is based with the team in Paraparaumu and supports clients across New Zealand.
