Julie Banks

Julie is Orange Network's Special Projects Analyst. While advisers and client managers look after today's files, Julie works on the pieces that make the firm better over time — analysis, process improvements, and projects that don't sit neatly in a day-to-day caseload.

That can mean reviewing how information flows, supporting leadership with the numbers and research behind a change, or helping stand up a new way of working so clients get a clearer, faster experience. The work is mostly behind the scenes, but the point of it is always the same: fewer gaps, better decisions, and a service that keeps improving.

If you are a client, you may not deal with Julie directly. You will still benefit from the systems and improvements she helps put in place. She is based with the team in Paraparaumu.
