Elle Sannazzaro

Elle is a Client Manager who looks after client files and the documentation that sits behind every application. Lenders and insurers ask for a lot, often more than once, and Elle's job is to make sure the right papers are in the right place at the right time.

She coordinates checklists, uploads, and follow-ups so applications keep moving instead of sitting in a pile. That might be chasing a rates notice, lining up a valuation, or making sure a signed form has actually made it back. It is detailed work, and it is what stops settlement week from becoming a scramble.

If you are in the middle of a home loan or an insurance application, Elle is one of the people making sure the admin side is as smooth as the advice. She works from the Paraparaumu office and supports the advisory team nationwide.
