Dave Lacy

Dave is Head of Operations — the person who makes sure Orange Network actually works day to day. Advice is only as good as the process behind it, and Dave looks after the systems, compliance, and client onboarding that turn a first conversation into a completed application.

That includes how files are opened, how documents move between advisers, lenders, and insurers, and how the firm meets its FMA record-keeping obligations as a licensed financial advice provider. If you have a question about how your information is handled, how a file is progressing, or how we keep client data safe, Dave is the key contact on the operations side.

Clients may not always see this work, but they feel it: fewer dropped balls, clearer follow-up, and a team that can find what they need without starting from scratch. Dave's focus is a smooth, well-run experience from the moment you get in touch through to settlement and ongoing reviews.

He is based with the team in Paraparaumu and supports clients and staff across the business.
