Chad oversees all lending at Orange Network, from everyday home loans through to construction, investment, and business finance. If you are a first home buyer on the Kapiti Coast, an investor adding to a portfolio, or a business owner who needs a structure the bank hasn't made easy, Chad's team is set up to find a path that actually fits.

He works across Orange Network's panel of 16+ lenders, including the major banks and specialist non-bank funders. That means the conversation is not "which product does this bank have" — it is which lender, rate, and structure make sense for your deposit, your income, and what you are trying to do next. Chad is particularly comfortable in more complex files: construction loans, valuation and deposit questions, self-employed income, and business financing that doesn't sit neatly in a retail box.

Clients get personalised advice rather than a one-size application. Chad takes time to understand the situation, then matches it to the lending market — and stays involved until the loan is in place.

He is based in the Wellington region and works with clients locally and across New Zealand, in person or online.
