Adam Sleep

Adam leads Orange Network's insurance advisory team. His job is to make sure clients have the right protection in place — not the most policies, and not a generic package — so that if something goes wrong, the mortgage, the family, and the way you live are still looked after.

He and the team advise on life, trauma, income protection, health, and redundancy cover, and on business protection such as key person, revenue replacement, and shareholders cover. Orange Network works with New Zealand's leading providers, including AIA, Chubb, NIB, Fidelity Life, Partners Life, Accuro, and Asteron Life, so recommendations can be compared properly rather than locked to a single insurer.

Adam's approach is a proper needs conversation: how much cover you actually need, what you can sustainably pay, and how that sits alongside your lending and long-term plans. Cover is reviewed when life changes — a first home, a child, a new business — not left in a drawer until it is too late.

He is based in Paraparaumu and meets clients across Wellington, Kapiti, and the rest of New Zealand, in person or online.
